Diagnosis
Serious errors have occurred in the binding from workflow to work itemin step &V1& of multistep task &V4&. As a consequence, workflow &V2&has been forced into error status.

Procedure
"Change Workflow Container" then "Restart After Error" may suffice. Itis probable, however, that the binding definition in &V4&, step &V1&will have to be changed.
