Diagnosis
The system started the program in parallel processing mode. The programattempts to start a new process from a main program to process theprocessing packages (in the forecast, this is the list of materials fora plant that is generated from the selection options entered in thereport). This operation was unsuccessful.
In technical terms, the program attempted to start a remote functionmodule (RFC) that was to be started asynchronously. However, there isan error in the system which means that this operation cannot takeplace.

Procedure
Error messages in the application log for the forecast (transactionWFCSL01) may be of help here, as they can give you more detailedinformation about the error.
