Diagnosis
Every system which is connected to the CRM via the CRM middleware isrepresented as a so-called "site" which has a unique ID. The same mustbe the case for the CRM system itself.
However, for the CRM system no corresponding site exists.

System Response
No data transfer via the CRM middleware is possible.

Create a site for the CRM system in transaction SMOEAC
