Diagnosis
The system has tried to create the EAN or UPC from a number rangeobject that is not defined. The error lies in the parameters set in EANCustomizing.
The likely cause is that a number range object that does not exist hasbeen assigned to an EAN category.

Procedure
Get you system(s) administrator to correct the error.
