Diagnosis
The conditions for the step are evaluated by a periodically plannedbackground job by default.
If you only want the condition to be evaluated when an event istriggered, set the property sap.bc.bmt.wfm.cond.event4eval. You have setthe property but have not yet defined an event in the basic data.

Procedure
In the version-specific basic data, choose Events and define an eventfor the receiver type 'Evaluate Pre- and Postconditions'.
