SAP Message WD022 - A active configuration exists for this workflow defintion

Diagnosis
When the workflow is executed the values entered in the configurationare used for the following fields:

  • Agent assignment

  • Deadline data

  • Work item display

  • Display in workflow log

    • The configuration is active and is therefore used.

    Procedure
    Choose Extras -> Call workflow configuration to process theconfiguration. You can also deactivate the configuration.
