Diagnosis None of the follow-on items entered per direct request are listed inthe interval &V1& to &V2& or the follow-on items do not have EANs. System Response No IDoc could be prepared for the follow-on items. Procedure Correct the selection criteria for follow-on items in the directrequest screen or maintain listing periods or EANs forthe follow-on items in question (view: sales or basic data).
