Diagnosis None of the materials entered by direct request is listed in theinterval &V1& to &V2& or the materials do not have EANs. System Response No IDOC could be prepared for the EAN references. Procedure Correct the selection criteria in the direct request screen of thematerial master or maintain the listing periods or EANsfor the materials in question (view: sales or basic data).
