Diagnosis
You want to use a trading contract with contract type <(>&<)>V1& as atemplate for a trading contract with contract type <(>&<)>V2&.

System Response
Using both contract types you can create one-sided contracts. Copyingwith reference is only useful in this case if the new trading contractand the reference contract have the same side.

Procedure
For your reference contract choose a trading contract that has the sameside as the trading contract you wish to create.
