Diagnosis
"Explicit request" was not used to select a message to be output.
The following causes are possible:

• For output on the screen:

No messages exist in the document.

• For print output:

No messages exist in the document or the existing messages do not havethe status "0" (not processed).
The current setting for time of output for the messages that have notyet been processed means that it is not possible to use "explicitoutput" (time of output 3).

Procedure
Investigate the cause, and make the necessary settings for messagecontrol in Customizing, if you are authorized to do so.
