Diagnosis
Both a conventional field restriction and a combined field restrictionexist.
There should only be one of the two field restrictions.

Procedure
Exit the current transaction. Call the reportRSWE_ELIM_INCONSIST and view the entrythat has an error. Then delete either the conventional fieldrestriction or the combined field restriction. Then restart themaintenance transaction.
