Diagnosis
A check for whether scale quantities are ascending is not possible fortechnical reasons. A possible reason is that no reference exists to amaterial. For this reason, different quantity units cannot beconverted.
During scale determination, problems can arise if the scale quantitiesare not sorted in ascending order.

Procedure
Make sure (manually) that the scale quantities are in ascending order.
