Diagnosis
You are trying to construct a HU template according to a referencepacking instruction. Any attempt to convert the different units ofmeasure of the material to pack and the reference material, will causean error to occur.

System Response
The reason the conversion failed, is that the base unit of measure ofthe reference material is not defined as a base unit of measure nor asan alternative unit of measure for the material to pack. Therefore noconversion is possible.

Procedure
Add the base unit of measure of the reference material as analternative unit of measure in the material master for the material topack.
