Diagnosis
An error was detected in Accounting or Controlling while performing therecognition process in collective processing &V1&. The recognition ofthe revenue postings did not therefore take place for the currentaccounting document.

System Response
The accounting document was not created. No change was made for therevenue lines processed in the document. A log was updated with thecollective processing number &V1&. To evaluate the log, use transactionV.21.

Procedure
Analyze the logged error message from Accounting or Controlling. You cansee from the log which revenue lines were relevant for the failedaccounting document (transaction: V.21).
Once the source of the error has been eliminated, the revenuerecognition can be carried out again.
