Diagnosis
The periods which you have entered have not been defined in theplanning calendar.

System Response
Periods are calculated for the planning calendar according to thecalculation rule and the calendar validity specified.
The periods which have been entered here are outside of the calendarvalidity. This means that:

• these periods (at least some of them) have not yet been calculated or


• the planning calendar has expired.

Procedure
Determine which periods have been calculated for your planningcalendar.
Make necessary changes to the periods which you have entered orcalculate new periods for your planning calendar.

Maintain the planning calendar in the following menus:


• Requirements planning -> Environment


• Program planning -> Create or Change planned independent requirements
-> Schedule lines -> Environment
The planning calendar will be assigned in the material master recordMRP data screen.
