Diagnosis
You want to delete an address list version. You can only do this if thedirect mailing campaign does not yet have the 'completed' status.

Procedure
Since the direct mailing is completed, check whether you need to deletean address list version. You can delete an address list version bysetting the status of the direct mailing campaign to 'being edited'.
