When yousave the address block you worked on, the address list management (listof address blocks) has to be blocked exclusively for you, because achange needs to be carried out (it must be entered, for example,whether the address block has be edited manually, and possibly the areaof the address block changes). At the moment, however, another useralso has processed an address block and saved it.
