Diagnosis
You have selected a delivery that has already been shipped to one orseveral transportation service agents for which you do not haveauthorization (authorization V_VTTK_TDL). Since the cancellation of thedelivery at a forwarding agent can cause creation, change, or deletionof shipments planned there, you require the authorization for creating,changing, and deleting for the transportation service agent concerned.

System Response
The transportation service agents for which you do not have sufficientauthorization cannot be selected. You can only send the cancellationmessage to service agents for which you have the appropriateauthorization.

Procedure
If you need to send a cancellation message to the transportationservice agents that cannot be selected, then contact your systemadministrator in order to receive the required authorizations.
Then restart the transaction.
