Diagnosis
You created a delivery that has already been sent to one or severaltransportation planning points (external planning systems). You do nothave the necessary authorization for maintaining these points(authorization V_VTTK_TDS). If a delivery is planned in an externalplanning system, shipments that are planned there may be created,changed or deleted. Therefore, you must be authorized to create, changeor delete the transportation planning points.

System Response
The transportation planning points for which you do not have thenecessary authorization, cannot be selected. You can send the externalplanning message only to the planning systems (transportation planningpoints) for which you have sufficient authorization.

Procedure
If you have to send an external planning message to the planningsystems that cannot be selected, contact your system administration toget the necessary authorizations.
Restart the transaction.
