Diagnosis
You cannot cancel confirmation &V1& counter &V2& for one of thefollowing reasons:

• The confirmation is already cancelled.


• The confirmation is a cancellation.

Procedure
In the second case, you can reverse the cancellation by enteringanother confirmation.
