Diagnosis
A shift is discovered when reading the second record of file &V1&.
The shift is recognized by the fact that the bank number of the secondrecord does not begin with a numerical character.

Procedure
Check the content of file &V1&. The file should either have a recordend indicator or contain exactly 189 Bytes of data per bank.
