Archive files that have not been deleted exist for object &V1&.

There is a risk that data inconsistencies may arise if objects of thetype &V1& are changed in the database but still exist in the old formin an archive file.

Procedure
First delete the contents of the archive files from the database; ifyou then wish to change an element from an archive file, you shouldrestore it first.
