Diagnosis
You want to post a transaction in a company code which still has legacydata transfer status. Asset transactions are not possible when legacydata is being transferred in a production company code (not a testcompany code).

System Response
The system terminates the update.

Procedure
Check if you are posting to the correct company code.
If you want to post transactions in the company code entered, you mustchange its asset company code definition in Customizing. Set the statusof the company code one of the following:

• 2 = Company code is in test status (transactions and legacy data
transfer are allowed together)

• 0 = company code is in production status, legacy data transfer is
complete (transactions are allowed)
