As the batch definition level in the current system is not 'plant', thesystem saves all the data for the batch (apart from valuation type anddeletion flag) in a cross-plant data segment. While the valuation typeis generally stored in a plant segment, the deletion flag can be setboth in a cross-plant segment and a plant segment.
Since you have called up the transaction for changing a batch withoutplant specification when the batch definition level is not 'plant', the'Batch deletion flag' field contains the deletion flag from thecross-plant data segment.
