Diagnosis
The transport route configuration of the Domain Controller is missing inat least one SAP system, or was not activated in an SAP system.

System Response
It is possible that the requests will be transported in a directionother than that displayed by the Domain Controller.

Procedure
Check that all SAP systems can be accessed with RFC.
Distribute and activate the transport route configuration in the wholedomain with the Domain Controller.
