SAP Message 0T205 - The syntax of the consolidation target &1 is incorrect

Diagnosis
You entered a transport target with incorrect syntax.

System Response
The input is rejected, or an error appears in the check log.

Procedure
Use the following syntax for the different transport targets:

  • Target group

    • The target group begins and ends with "/". There must be at least onecharacter inbetween.
    • Target system

      • The target system must begin with a letter, followed by twoalpha-numeric characters.
      • Target client

        • Use the following syntax for the target client:
        .
        specifies the SAP system
        specifies a three-figure (numerical) client
