Diagnosis
When the configuration was being activated in the SAP System &V1&, itwas discovered that there was no post-processing after the standard SAPinstallation, or that no database copy was made. These actions couldnot be repeated, since the authorization INIT is missing from theauthorization object CTS_ADMIN.

System Response
The configuration was not activated.

Procedure
Use a user with the above authorization, or let the systemadministrator do the post-processing for the installation before yourepeat the activation.
