Diagnosis

The request types required are a transportable change request and anon-transportable change request.

It is not possible to release such a request or the task.

Procedure
If necessary, check the configuration regarding the packages andtransport layers of the objects in request &V1&.
If the configuration is correct, the request needs to be divided orreleased before the configuration is changed.
