SAP Message 0T070 - Transport layer &1 still being used

Diagnosis Transport layer &V1& could not be deleted, since it is still being usedfor existing transport routes or as the standard transport layer of asystem or client. System Response The function terminates. Procedure Delete the transport routes. Remove the transport layer &V1& as the standard transport layer forsystems and clients. Delete the transport layer.
