Diagnosis
When formatting a table trace record, the system determined that the keylength is set to a non-numerical value. This means that the table buffertrace record cannot be displayed correctly. You can view the tablebuffer trace record in the trace list using the function key F8.

This is caused by an internal error that you can only correct byimporting a new kernel or a Support Package.
Possibly import a new kernel or a Support Package. Create a customermessage for SAP about this.
