Diagnosis
Numerous items are available to be converted to an installment plan.
Only items belonging to a contract may go into an installment plan. Inaddition, all those items selected that have the same dunning procedurein progress must go into the same dunning procedure.

System Response
If these conditions are not met, the dunning procedure already inprogress will not be completed correctly.

Procedure
Mark at least the items from a contract that have the same dunningprocedure number.
