Diagnosis
You have NOT set the Ref indicator when you assigned processinstruction categories to the operator cockpit. For this reason, theprocess instructions used have been copied from Customizing forProcess Management to the cockpit definition and there is noconnection to the original process instruction anymore.
For more information on the copying and referencing of existing processinstructions, see F1 help on the "Ref" indicator.

Note
Note that you cannot add or delete the Ref indicator once youhave chosen Enter. If you want to change the definition, youmust delete the process instruction category and then create it again.
