Diagnosis
When defining a cockpit, you may only copy or referenceprocess instructions that have been created in the Customizing activityProcess Instruction Categories.
You have, however, attempted to reference a process instruction thatdoes not exist. This is not permitted.

Procedure
Delete the Ref indicator.
