Diagnosis
Based on the selection criteria that you chose, no load IDs could befound by the system, which can be released.
( = LID's in Table OIKLIDW with an 'activated' status)
LIDs to be released have to first be confirmed.

Procedure
Create and confirm an LID before you release it.
If you released an LID and revised it afterwards, you have to confirmthat LID again, before releasing it again.
(Use matchcode 'C', status 'R' to find revised LID's for changing andactivating).
