Diagnosis
You have assigned a request for quotation to a vendor. Some items inthe RFQ relate to materials for which there is no info record in theQuality Management system, even though the material requires qualityinspection.

Procedure
The relevant info records must be maintained in the QM system beforeyou can save the RFQ completely.
Perform function
Alternatively, you can delete the items that require inspection andthen save the RFQ.
