Diagnosis
You have assigned a request for quotation to a vendor. The RFQ containsitems relating to materials for which no quality inspection isrequired and others for which such inspection is mandatory. The vendoris blocked with regard to the items requiring inspection.

Procedure
Delete the items for which the vendor is blocked or assign the RFQ toa different vendor.
