Diagnosis
You have assigned a request for quotation to a vendor. The RFQ containsitems covering materials that should not be delivered until after therelease date set by Quality Management for the relevant material.

Procedure
Change the delivery dates so that they lie within the periods for whichthe relevant materials have been released (that is, the periods forwhich QM has approved their procurement) or delete the items.
