Diagnosis
The following may apply in this case:
The Sales and Distribution data for the issuing plant has not beenmaintained in the material master record.
The material short text (short description) has not been maintained inthe receiving plant in the language of the customer.
The material has not been maintained for the distribution chain found.
The tax classification data is not available for the country of theissuing plant.

Procedure
Maintain the following in the material master record:
RESET N1
The Sales and Distribution (SD) view.
The required language and the material short text in the "Basic Data"view.
The distribution chain in the Sales and Distribution view.
The tax data for the country of the issuing plant in the "Sales andDistribution" view. Note that the data on the distribution chain isalso needed when you access the material master record.
