Diagnosis
By setting the "delivery completed" indicator you impose a block on thescheduling agreement item in the source list.
The system cannot set the blocking indicator in the source list becausethe latter is currently being processed by user &V1&.

Procedure
Set the "delivery completed" indicator later on or contact user &V1&.
