The quota arrangement can only be revised ifnobody is currently processing purchase orders,requisitions, plannedorders, production orders, or the quotaarrangement in question.

Procedure
Choose another point in time to revise the quota arrangement, when youare sure that no user is processing any of the documents affected, orrevise the quota arrangement without using the document blockingfacility.
