You can only maintain the production version in the case of quotaarrangement items that provide for subcontracting(external sources) or in-house procurement (internal sources).

Procedure
If you want to enter the production version, you must either enter thespecial procurement indicator for subcontracting or the procurementtype for in-house procurement.
