You cannot create a purchase order from an itemthat has been assigned to a deliveryscheduling agreement.

Procedure
If you do not wish to process the item at present, press F13 to save itin the form of a purchase requisition.
If you wish to order the material covered by this item, you must cancelthe assignment to the scheduling agreement on the detail screen.
