SAP Message 03103 - You are not authorized to delete foreign lock entries

Diagnosis You tried to delete lock entries belonging to another user. However youdo not have the necessary authorization to do this. System Response The system does not delete the lock entries. Procedure Ask your user administrator for authorization value "DLFU" (DeleteForeign User") for authorization value S_ENQUE (enqueue: display anddelete lock entries).
