SAP Message 01832 - Could not lock maintenance of the external IDs for user &1

Diagnosis The external IDs could not be locked when processing user &V1&. For technical reasons, the entire VUSREXTID view had to be locked. System Response The locks are retained and the new external IDs cannot be entered. Procedure Wait a while and try again later.
