Diagnosis
You have set the "valid until" date for user &V1& to &V2&. This date isin the past.
However, the user has already logged on today.
For licensing reasons, it is no longer possible to set the valid untildate to a date in the past.
As a result, the valid until date is set to today and the user isprevented from logging on again by an administrator lock.
