The authorization you chose resulted from generating the authorizationprofile of a role. Direct changes to generated authorizations are notpossible in transaction SU03.

Procedure
If you want to change generated authorizations, you must maintainauthorization data for the associated role in transaction PFCG and thengenerate the profile again.
