Procedure
Distribute the values to multiple authorizations and group theauthorizations in a profile.
If the problem occurred in a generated authorization, you must createadditional authorizations in the corresponding role. This solution isnot enough if the authorization contains a large number oforganizational level values, since these values are copied automaticallyto the new authorizations. In this case, you must distribute the valuesto multiple roles.
Because authorization values have varying lengths, there is no fixedupper limit on the number of values per authorization. The maximumnumber of values that can be defined for an authorization is calculatedindividually for each authorization. The formula that is used isdescribed in SAP Note 410993.
