Diagnosis
The specified user was unlocked in the system, as long as this ispermitted by the system. If the system belongs to a system group forcentral user maintenance, it is possible that locks still exist thatmay only be removed from the central system. These locks remain. Theuser may still not be able to log onto the system.

System Response
The system settings depend whether or not the (global) lock set in thecentral system may be removed locally.

Procedure
If the user is still locked by the administrator in the central system,contact the administrator responsible for the central useradministration in the central system to remove the lock.
