You want to generate an authorization profile.

Procedure
Proceed as follows:
Choose the SAP function areas for which the new profile will containauthorizations (by clicking on the pushbuttons). The system promptsyou to specify the name of the new profile and the authorizations.Please note that the system uses the same names for the profile and allthe associated authorizations. The advantage of this is that you do nothave to re-enter the name and the short text. When you have entered thename, you must specify for each authorization object the values for theuser. Then confirm that you want to save the profile to the database.
