Diagnosis
A list of logged on application servers was requested from the messageserver; however, an error occurred.
This may be because:

• The request could not be sent.


• The application server is not connected to the message server.


• The message server is not active.

Procedure
Check the system log for more information about possible causes of theerror. To analyze the entries, call transaction SM21. If you do nothave authorization for this transaction, have your system administratoranalyze and fix the error.
